For families

Coaching, not surveillance.

TimePaws helps kids build their own sense of time, and gives parents a calm overview instead of a stream of spy reports. Everyone can see what is shared. Nothing is hidden.

Setup in two minutes

No accounts. No passwords. Just a code.

1

Parent creates a family

On your phone, open Family and create a group. TimePaws shows a 6-letter family code.

2

Child joins with the code

On your child's phone or tablet, enter the code and a first name or nickname so you can tell devices apart.

3

Set limits together

Agree on a daily budget and session limit. The animal reminds your child on their device; you see the summary on yours.

Up to six children's devices per family. A Family purchase on the parent's phone unlocks all features on every linked device.

Parent dashboard

Everyone's day, at a glance.

One card per child: minutes used against the limit, whether they're on track, which app took most of the time, and when the device last reported.

  • Daily trend and per-app breakdown for each child
  • Device status, so a phone that's been off or offline doesn't look like zero screen time
  • A warning if a child's device is set to a different time zone, so the day boundaries match
  • Remove a device any time; its shared data is deleted with it

Alerts that respect your evening

Know when it matters. Not every five minutes.

When a child crosses a daily or session limit, you get a notification. TimePaws is built to keep that from becoming noise.

  • At most one alert per hour for each kind of limit, per child
  • Your choice of style: a banner with sound, quietly in the notification shade, or off
  • Quiet hours silence banners overnight. Alerts aren't lost; they wait for you in the morning
  • Sunday summary at 6 pm your local time: the week in one notification

Built for trust

Designed so kids don't feel watched.

Children are far more likely to stick to limits they understand and agreed to. These design choices keep TimePaws on the right side of that line.

👁

Visible sharing

The child's home screen always shows when time is shared with a family. TimePaws can't be hidden or disguised.

⏱

Time only

Parents see minutes per app and which hours they fell in. Never messages, photos, searches, contacts or location.

🛍

No sales pitch to kids

Child devices never show purchase prompts or upgrade offers. Purchases happen on the parent's phone.

🐾

Friendly, not punishing

Reminders come from a cute animal the child picked and named, not from Mom or Dad.

🎉

Celebrates wins

Leaving early earns a celebration. Good days build a streak both of you can see.

💬

Starts conversations

The weekly summary gives you something concrete and positive to talk about.
